Including an ideal in your capsule can be disastrous. One of my aspirant’s capsule objects stated” To gain an entry position position as a fiscal critic in a company where I’ll be suitable to grow and meet new challenges”. Not a bad ideal, right? The problem is he was applying for a position with me as a beginner. YIKES!

or more yet, drop your capsule off in person. Believe me when I say you will not stand out. you’ll look outdated!
